I specialise in working with buttercream and ganache and am truly excited by the different textures, flavours, colours and styles you can create using these cake-decorating mediums. I also love to explore the use of different height tiers and multiple wedding cake displays to add extra detail and interest. Ultimately, I love working with my couples to create designs that will highlight the care and creativity that they have put into their wedding day.
I love using fresh flowers and foliage for a more natural feel, and with my pastry background often blend patisserie elements, such as macarons and tempered chocolate, with modern cake decorating techniques for a balanced, detail-driven and delicious aesthetic.
If I were to describe my style, I would say that it is pared-back, understated elegance, with a contemporary twist.

I'm based in the Cotswolds and well-placed to work across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Warwickshire, some parts of Buckinghamshire and Herefordshire. As much as feasibly possible, I work with local, passionate suppliers to source my ingredients. Where I am not able to buy locally, I'll choose organic ingredients that not only have a better taste but also have a lesser impact on the environment.
