The team behind Joanie is committed to sustainability and ethical and environmental excellence. Now a Certified B Corporation, they are dedicated to continually improving their supply chain, responsibly sourcing sustainable fabrics, and working to reduce waste. Information about the sustainability and traceability of the materials used in their products can be found in all of the product descriptions on their website. Joanie is transparent about the materials they use in their packaging too: recycled plastic garment bags and recycled and recyclable kraft paper mailing bags using paper from responsibly managed forests. The factories that Joanie works with are audited to globally recognised standards for health and safety, workers’ rights, and labour standards. Plus, the items are transported by sea to avoid the unnecessary emissions generated by road and air transport.
