PANTONE COLOUR OF THE YEAR ANNOUNCED (early Dec)
While you can’t plan for this, the announcement of the Colour of the Year provides a great subject for a wedding blog or socials. Simply collate inspirational images of weddings and products in the chosen colour.
SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY (2nd)
Today is a great day to share your colleagues and peers who are doing a great job. Maybe share a post on why you love what you do and the benefits of shopping from small businesses for your wedding.
MAKE A GIFT DAY (3rd)
Take the time today to share your thoughts on wedding gifts encouraging your audience to make gifts. This idea is sustainable and often more thoughtful. Alternatively, share handmade gift ideas; whether it is gifts for each other, Christmas or for the couple.
WINTER SOLSTICE (21st)
Share content linked to winter weddings; be it winter styling ideas or advice on things to consider for weddings in the cold. You could also share your favourite winter wedding dresses, winter flowers or seasonal food.
CHRISTMAS (all month)
Share Christmas wedding styling ideas; from the cake through to cocktails. These could be round-up posts, reposting others’ work (crediting them) or sharing your top tips.
NEW YEARS EVE (31st)
Look back at 2023 and share your highlights. Include all your real weddings and take the time to thank your couples. Also, share your personal and business highlights so your audience connects with you more deeply.
